North Riverside in Derby

Derby's priority is developing the city centre, focused on the North Riverside, a 6.7 hectare area along the River Derwent. North Riverside includes a range of commercial office developments, a quality hotel for business and leisure visitors and 300 riverside town houses and apartments. We’ll be building a new landmark performance arts centre, which will hold a wide range of concerts, plays, musicals and conferences. And the ambitious development will also have a public plaza, bars and cafés, landscaped public spaces and a riverside promenade.

 

Leicester Science Park

In Leicester we’re developing a campus-style science park around the landmarks of the National Space Centre and Abbey Pumping Station. The park includes 3 hectares of serviced land to suit the inward investment projects of large UK companies and international direct investors. And there will be well equipped offices for small and medium-sized science and technology-based companies, with communal facilities including a café, boardroom and meeting rooms with video conferencing.

 

Eastside in Nottingham

A stone’s throw to the east of Nottingham’s historic centre lie over 17 hectares of reclaimed industrial land. Known as Eastside, the space is about to become one of the most important regional urban developments of its time. Plans for the £900 million development include show-quality office space and contemporary homes sitting side by side. These will be interspersed with leisure, cultural and community facilities, all arranged along the banks of a central water feature and overlooking new parkland.
